Happy New Millennium!!

Only two things stand out in the TV coverage of the events - the look of horror on the Queen's face when she was made to link arms with her daughter and the Prime Minister to sing Auld Lang Syne, and the look on Graham Norton's face when Racquel Welch said she wished his show would get some taste.

He called her a "grumpy old bitch". On the telly. Live. You couldn't make it up.
