Aqua-Seal is a urethane plastic paint for coating the concrete base to tanks. The paint seals the concrete and provides for a very smooth tough finish. Because Aqua-Seal is moisture cured it is not inhibited from curing by small amounts of moisture in the substrate. However the substrate should be as dry as possible and have some porosity to enable maximum penetration. The product can be applied in poor weather conditions, high humidity and temperatures down to 1 degrees centigrade.

Aqua-Seal is provided as a clear paint to which a pigment may be added, the standard pigment available is a dark green colour and should be added at a level equivalent to 2.5% of the total weight of paint. The coverage of the paint is dependent on the porosity of the concrete however 500 to 600 grams should be sufficient to cover 1 square metre of concrete with three applications.

Aquaseal paint is clear, green pigments available
